Megan Rose joined CJMH in 2023 as an associate litigation attorney specializing in contracts, oil and gas, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy. Driven by the desire to help clients successfully navigate the complex world of litigation, she offers an approach characterized by compassion and creativity.
Known for her professional and courteous demeanor, Megan enjoys the diversity of work offered within litigation practice and takes pride in her ability to lessen the frustrations involved in the process. She is skilled at working with all parties involved to achieve meaningful progress for her clients, whether it involves a small matter or major milestone.
Megan earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as Chief Editor of HLRe, Houston Law Review’s online companion publication. An active member of the National Mock Trial Team, Megan won the 2022 National Trial Advocacy Competition as well as the 2023 Trials & Tribulations Mock Trial Tournament where she was awarded Outstanding Advocate. She additionally received the 2022-2023 University of Houston Law Center Achievement in Advocacy Award and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
Outside the legal arena, Megan enjoys traveling with her husband and their dog Fanny Brice, attending productions at the Hobby Center, and practicing Pilates.
