Stephen Perry joined CJMH in 2023, bringing expertise in financing and M&A. He prides himself on walking with clients through each stage of their life cycle from ideas through liquidity events.

Spending a combined eight years in international law and accounting firms and serving clients in energy, technology and financial services, Stephen thrives on understanding and protecting CJMH’s clients.

Stephen earned his JD, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center and earned both a BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University. Stephen also holds a CPA license. During law school, he interned with a Fortune 500 company and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Outside of law, Stephen golfs, shreds the guitar, cheers on Baylor sports and worships at South Main Baptist Church.
