Grady Fleming joined CJMH in 2025 as an associate attorney in CJMH’s business transactions practice group.

Prior to CJMH, Grady worked as In-House Counsel for a medium size healthcare company. While working in-house, Grady learned how to communicate complex legal issues to business operations managers in a clear and effective manner, a skill which has proven invaluable to his clients.

Grady, a native Houstonian, received his BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and then his JD from University of Houston Law Center. During his time in law school, Grady was the Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Frances Stacy in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Outside of the office, Grady loves to play tennis, cheer on the Houston Rockets and Aggies, and hike with his fiancé.
