David Fuss joined CJMH in the Fall of 2021, following his graduation from law school.
David focuses his practice on general business transactional matters and the tax aspects of estate planning. He enjoys researching the law to find solutions to his clients’ complex tax and trust issues.
Clients and colleagues alike appreciate David’s dedication, ingenuity, intense analysis of the law, and overall kind and approachable nature.
A native Houstonian, David proudly attended the University of Houston for both undergraduate and law school. In 2018, David graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting. In 2021 he earned his Juris Doctorate graduating valedictorian of his class from the University of Houston Law Center.
During law school, David served as a Legal Writing Fellow for the Law Center, and the Chief Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Additionally, David spent his summers working as a Law Clerk for CJMH, another Houston area mid-size firm, and the University of Houston’s Office of the General Counsel.
An avid tennis player, David spent time coaching the sport while in college. David can also be found cheering on both the Houston Cougars and Oklahoma Sooners in football and basketball. When he’s not working, David can be found spending time with his family, playing tennis, and frequenting antique shops to add to his collection of classic rock vinyl.
