“My clients know their business; I know the law. It’s my job to give them legal perspective on their issues and advocate for them in any dispute. I like being the voice for my clients.”
— Carolyn Carollo
Carolyn represents clients in complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and arbitration. She has successfully led cases from inception through trial, serving as both first- and second-chair in multi-week proceedings.
Carolyn brings valuable experience in Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, a focus that began during her clerkship with Judge Jeff Bohm of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. She has since represented numerous creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, protecting lien rights and securing recoveries from debtor estates.
Beyond the courtroom, Carolyn loves projects that combine creativity and logic, from design and crafting to solving complex puzzles.
