Carlton has many years of experience in general commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder suits, employment law, trade secrets litigation, business and commercial landlord-tenant law, and legal malpractice defense. He works with specialty firms supporting the oil, gas, and chemical industries; electricity brokerage firms; financial institutions; oil and gas trading firms; and various other business entities.
Mr. Wilde attended the College of William and Mary and received a B. A. in Economics from The University of Texas in 1982. He graduated from the University of Houston College of Law in 1988, where he was the Senior Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review.
