About Anthony Garcia

Anthony A. Garcia joined CJMH in 2014 after working as an economist for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Along with his creative solutions to complex issues, Anthony’s expertise has been critical in the successful representation of both high-profile individuals and entrepreneurs. From taxation to drafting trusts and estate planning, Anthony’s professionalism and attention to detail leads to successful outcomes for his clients time and again.

Anthony’s practice involves drafting trusts, planning documents, and working with family law attorneys regarding trusts and estate planning issues with high net worth individuals. Additionally, Anthony has prepared federal estate tax returns for several taxable estates.

His thoughtful approach and attentiveness puts Anthony’s clients at ease and they know they have an expert in their corner who hears and understands their needs.

Anthony graduated from The University of Texas in 2005 with a B.A. in Economics. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2012 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While practicing full time, Anthony earned his LLM in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center in 2016. Today, Anthony is a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, the Houston Bar Association Probate, Trusts, and Estate Section, and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar.
